Yeah, without a subscription or a decent ad blocker this forum is pretty cluttered. Either is an inexpensive solution, because the situation isn't going to change.

Personally, I think having so many ads is counter productive. As someone who makes the majority of their income from advertising, I've found that less is actually more. Three ads per page (two small, one larger) with desktop and one ad with mobile (small ad at the bottom of the page) is saturation. Beyond that, especially if it blocks or causes a degradation in the user experience, actually costs the publisher (aka site owner) money and increases the chance of the dreaded accidental or false clicks.

The site owners here are probably under the impression that more ads equal more earnings but sacrificing the user experience for hopeful gains is usually fruitless and counter productive. That just drives users away.

    With ads, less is more.

With this site, the best practice is to use an ad blocker and upgrade to silver. The subscription price for silver is minimal and the value of the site is extraordinary. I recommend supporting this site by upgrading to at least silver.

You want free stuff and surprised there are ads? Pony up the 15 bucks and subscribe. Probably the cheapest, yet most valuable thing you'll have as a Ferrari owner. Good Lord.

make up your mind, are the ads counter productive or not? :D ;)

yes I know ads are annoying, but yes more ads add more revenue as RPM's and subscriptions go up.

I have no problem with users not wanting to pay 4 cents a day, but then you need to weave through a few more ads. However you want to look at it, nothing for free or valued paid subscribers should get real value, it works.

the advertisers with our network determine what type of ads add most value to them. I do draw the line, no video, skyscrapper, or take over ads.

Aren’t there corporate taxes, VAT taxes, property taxes in UAE? I know there is no income tax but there are other taxes, which gets used for infrastructure, thereby making roads not “free”. Not referring to toll roads, but you end up paying for roads, one way or another.

Sounds more like you just need to learn how to use a forum. You mentioned a problem and we offered a solution. Your reaction was to throw insults.
