Forza Exhaust Controller wiring

I'm looking to install a Forza Exhaust Valve controller in my 360 spider and I'd like to hardwire it to a switch in the dash. Just wondering if anyone has a suggestion as to where to pass the wire through the firewall into the engine compartment. I was thinking about just passing it through the access panel behind the seats, but I feel there should be a better solution. Any suggestions?
