Forza Motorsport 2

No Lexus cars.
Missing most of the Mercedes / AMG line up.

I'm not worried, probably incomplete.

Will the game be made for 720p (or 1080p)?

 

Sweet, I can't wait then, I love playing GThd -- even with one track -- it rocks.

Yep, but GThd was made specifically for HD. Now that you just said FM2 was, it'll have pretty much the same caliber (or near) as GThd.

 

I'll be dissapointed if they don't have the FXX in Forza2, and I really wish they would come out with an F1 game for the xbox.

 

You can listen to the audio of some of the cars on the dyno in the link you posted, some of them have a link that says audio next to it. Maybe this game will finaly be released in early May so that I can buy it

 

Don't know if that's possible with any degree of realism. The reason that Forza and other games are so good is that they've got experts to give them detailed information about their engine and handling characteristics. Or so I've heard. That's just not possible with a current generation F1 car, since tech info is a closely guarded secret. So while an F1 racing game can be made, it just won't be that realistic, IMHO.

Personally I thought both games sucked.
The best game was PGR2 (as far as Xbox1 / Xbox360 is concerned).

 

Well, you are talking about the first one, and I think that it was a great game and very realistic IMO. He's talking about Forza 2 that can't even be compared because it hasn't been released, and besides that, its purpose is sooo different. Test Drive goes for the M.O.O.R type and Forza's type is simulation racing and VERY realistic. I would definately go for Forza 2, although I already have TDU and find it very cool and entertaining...

Massively Open Online Racing, but it is not that "massively open" with only 8 players per server. lol

 

I'm attempting to go back with some old games and finish achievements I did not get on the first play throughs and this happens to be one of them.

I still need achievements for "Cars from US" and "Cars from Japan" along with the secret achievements.

The problem is that I really have no money in the game and doing the races, even the endurance ones, would take FOREVER to acquire what i need.

Is there ANYBODY out there, who still by chance has this game, and a ton of cars that they could generously GIFT to me so i could make some quick cash. I'd REALLY appreciate the help as long as you aren't playing anymore.

i had all the cars at one time, but that's when i had my 20gb hard drive...

 

Yeah, when i complete the US and Japan i'll earn all the secret achievements for all cars, all race, all production, etc.

I figure i still need about $6 million or so to finish this off. $500k just to switch regions from US to Japan.

 

I have a friend that finished the game and I asked if he still had the save game which he has so I'll line this up so we can both boost it

 

I actually got it myself a week ago or something. Nobody was able to help, so i just played the endurance races over and over and over and over and over and over....yeah, you get the point.
