I got it a few hours ago. It seems more like an updated Forza 3 than a new game. Some cars are still incredibly bloated looking..but the driving and the sounds are good.

My copy came today but there was nobody in the house so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up but I have to wait until after work before I can play it.... Tomorrow is going to be a long day.

The driving and the sounds are good, but I still think the graphics on GT5 are better. Forza feels more "arcade like", or is that how it's supposed to feel ??? I just bought an Xbox 360, so I'm somewhat of a newb to it. I have a PS3 too, but Black Ops ruined the whole online experience for me with that and I'm hoping the Xbox is better in that respect.

It's exactly how i feel. If GT could get Forza car and track lists and user friendliness (paint the car for free, auction house, more wheels, more body kits)!

I absolutely love it. The driving is much improved, no it's not quite GT5, but it's a lot more fun. GT5 had fantastic graphics and fantastic physics, but it just plain wasn't fun, the game aspect of it was really lacking. Plus I'd rather have 500 cars that look great than 200 that look perfect.

I think Forza graphics are pretty good on some tracks, but I mirrored your sentiments in an earlier write up. I think the "arcade-like" feel of the game depends on what difficulty level you're driving on. The sense of speed is much better on Forza 4 and honestly I like the predictability of the handling on it as well.

I agree that GT5 is a better-looking game, while Forza 4 is more engaging. I guess having both literally means I have 'the best of both worlds'.

Got the game last Wednesday. And I'm amazed!!! But I have to agree on the various opinions from people here.

why don't we organise a "International Championship"??

    F-Chat International FM4 Championship :D

The CSR Wheel and CSR Elite Pedals are amazing. So much in fact that I ordered the shifter and stand last night. My fiance think I am a big dork. She said now all you need in here is a car shell. I told her don't be surprised to see one in the living room when she gets home from work.

For anyone on the fence with getting the Fanatec parts, just do it. You will be amazed. The pedals feel exactly like a real car. Imagine the brake feels like a brake pedal. The only negative is that the Clubsport Pedals have some type of Vibration feedback on the brake pedal. I would have spent the extra $50 for that.

FM4 seems so polished. Especially after the disaster that GT5 was. GT5 was the least played racing game I have owned. I can't wait to get further into the game and start tuning some cars out of the F races I am in. I realize I can't stand these micro machine cars in the game just as much as I can't stand seeing them in the States.

Forza does not support the pedal feedback feature in the Clubsport pedals. At least that is what I have read.

My CSR wheel and CSR Elite pedals are on the way now, hopefully they'll be here soon. I want a Playseat, but want to hold off a little bit before I get it.

I just wish Microsoft would support the Logitech wheels, my DFGT and Playseat worked perfectly well for GT5 and only cost me $380. I'd be looking at $700 or more for a Fanatec and Playseat.

Well, you only need the one seat, unless you are going to do a dual cockpit setup for a friend to race (great idea, what I want to do). But the good part about the new Fanatec CSR wheel is it is fully compatible with PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. So it could replace your current wheel.

I forgot to mention that I got rid of the Playseat, DFGT and PS3 after playing GT5 for a couple months.
