Found a surprise in my sub woofer box

I decided to upgrade the speakers in my subwoofer box with some Pioneer speakersper the recommendations in another forum. When I removed the existing speakers I was pleasantly surprised to find a Focal speaker (not a sub; model 5KP) in the lower cut out..of course the passive curtain was still there. I swapped the passive with one of the Pioneers and the sound is much better but now I have some questions:

Should I replace both speakers with the Pioneers so that they are matched?

Since the sub woofer was upgraded there is a chance (I hope) that the door speakers and tweeters have been replaced...is there a way to tell without removing the door panels?
