Four wheel steering and/or four wheel drive permitted ?

I hope someone with more knowledge than me can say if these are permitted in endurance racing events like Sebring or LeMans ?

I don't really have the time to research it.

I had hoped that four wheel steering might be permitted and it would take someone like a Jim Hall to see the possibilities. That a preconditioned thinking was preventing exploration.
