there is a thread in General Discussion, but I thought there should be one here.

Commendatore Enzo Ferrari's lieutenant, long time personal assistant and press officer Dottore Franco Gozzi died today, aged 81, in Modena.

Incredible man and he will be missed. Met him first in 1967 at the FCA National Meet in Greenwich then again in Reading, PA in 2000 when he accompanied Sergio Scaglietti to Pietro's annual gathering of the faithful. Truly endless fount of insider stories.

    RIP Dr. Franco.

    Best regards,

    Robert

He was such a nice man! this is really sad. best wishes to his family. Mr. Gozzi was helpful thruought the 80's in getting several requests from Mr. Ferrari for autographs and photo permission for a couple of projects we did.

I wish that Giorgio Nada would reprint the book. It was last published 11 years ago, and all the copies I've found on the web are rather expensive. Maybe his death will spur a reprint.
