So just an idea I'll through out there.

This Saturday and Sunday my company is having a Grand Opening only a couple miles from Main Street. It's our first completed custom (Spec) home in a small subdivision of 4 homes priced from $3.5 to $4 million bucks. Anyhow, it's in Clyde Hill and we are opening at 8:30am with a professional barista and espresso cart. Lot's of parking too.

I probably have only met about half of you, and I'd like to meet more, so if it sounds interesting I'm happy to buy Lattes for everyone just after the get together? The Address is 9840 NE 28th Street, Clyde Hill. If anyone wants to join me we could caravan over. I going to try and have my photographer over there shooting the house, if he's there I'll have him take some shots of the cars.

Here are some site photos I took the other evening as we prepare for the event.

Excuse my spelling, that would be "throw" not "through", duh.... We used to be able to edit our posts, is that no longer an option or am I just blind?

I forgot to add that Greenbaum Home Furnishings has furnished the house, so its not an empty shell. In any case, I'll be at Main this Saturday in the 456GT.

There is only a short time window to edit a post. After that, it's in concrete.

Only $3.5M -- geez, I remember when you could get a house on the good side of Clyde Hill for a hundred grand. Of course, this was when I was growing up in Medina, and even most people in Seattle didn't know where Medina was.

Way outside my budget, but would love to check-out the house if I have time...
