    I went looking at townhomes on Sat. Bellaire in Demarest NJ is offering a new Quattroporte with a purchase of select models. The prices start at 2.2 million per unit, and they overlook the Alpine country club. The size ranges from 5,883 sq. ft up to 7,839 sq. ft. Taxes are estimated between 27k to 47k per year. I guess the only downside is that they only come with 2 car garages. They are beautiful inside. Here is a link to there website if anyone is interested. americanproperties.net

    Those are the highest priced condos I have ever heard of in NJ!! I see that high end condos have been a hot trend over the last several years but they are mostly popular in metro cities where the price per square foot is nuts like NYC, Miami, or Chicago but in NJ??For $2.5M+ I could get a very nice home in Bergen county, let alone anywhere in NJ and not have to share a parting wall with the neighbor. Maybe it is just me but there is just something about spending that kind of money and still being less than 5 feet from your neighbor, not to mention the OUTRAGEOUS maintence fees and taxes. No wonder why they are giving you a free QP, it is included in the price of the home, and you are getting taxed on the car as well when you take delivery (gifts at 35%)!! I can not wait to see resale on these.

    That´s true. Maybe they could try to give you a 4200 GrandSport or maybe a car between the price range of the QP.
