    Ok, I messed up. I'll won't bore you with the details, but I have a nearly new 2oz bottle of touch-up paint from paintscratch.com . It's listed as 1984 Ferrari SS-Rosso Corsa 300. This should be a good match for a 1980-1985 308 with a FER 300 paint code. It's a few months old and the bottle is nearly full. Bottom line is it doesn't match my repainted '78 and it's looking for a new home.

    In the same spirit of Daniel's giveaways, I'll ship this bottle FREE to anyone in the US who can answer this question:

    How long have I owned my 308 and how long had it been in storage previously?

    Congratulations to jratcliff, who PM'd the correct answer! I got my car mid-2009 and it had been in storage since about 1990 (exact dates are fuzzy). Please PM me with your address and I'll send the paint bottle to you.

    @miketuason: sorry for any confusion, I was giving away the paint, not trying to sell it.

    @lvferraripilot: I half expected to get at least one answer of "42" but "9000" is a good guess.
