    I have to drop the 355 off for a bumper spray & pick up the 308 next Friday 6/1.
    Anybody want to take a morning/afternoon drive out there & check out their facility?

    my theories backfired. traffic was heavy (but moving ) from the GWB to the Throggsneck. But LIE was a bottleneck so I went Southern. Got there by 11 and picked up the 308. Going home: Southern to Cross island to Throggs was fine, but it just stopped from there. One massive parking lot
    It was so bad, Waze routed me up past Yonkers and then back down the Henry Hudson. About 3 hours later with critical temps in the 308, I got home.

    Yep, Any Friday after Memorial Day and thru Labor Day is godawful traveling on LI. Actually, any day is crappy traveling on LI. I have lost my love for LI like I had growing up and thru about 2008ish.

    Glad you made it back, but honestly Clyde, how is the damn car? Sounds like you had some cosmetics done. :)

    The car is looking good. She went in for a couple of rust spots and ended up getting more done like replaced bad cooling hoses, re-cored the radiator (was leaking) put her on the rack to adjust the frame, replaced the rusted battery holder, fixed the cats, fixed a side leaking window, replaced the door gasket, replaced an a-arm bolt that was bent...lots of stuff.

    Oh, and I asked Bradan to wrap the nose & wheel arches they painted. I can't even see the film. it's impressive.

    You and me both man. I thought if I left early Friday, it wouldn't be so bad. Left at noon and still took just over 2 hours to get to Oyster Bay.

    Car looks awesome Clyde. Enjoy it.
