    In April I went to a Car show at Palm Beach International Raceway (formerly Moroso). It was called King of the streets and organized by Bizspeed.

    I showed my 2012 California and met some great guys (Rich (360) and Juan (Lambo)), we had a good time. I'll be back June 8th.

    The guy that organizes this, Marcelo Camberos, was great. He gave us a safe and top location, even put some pylons around the cars. It was very crowded and many people enjoyed the addition of showing a few exotics.

    I say it that way, as the show is a show for custom vehicles, not exotics. There were all kinds of street rods, too many for me to know. I did see many impressively modified cars, some Nissan GTR's and some custom builds. Very interesting, although not all of it my cup of tea. I just enjoyed the show.

    Many folks took their hot rods and muscle cars on the strip or drifting, I did not. There was food and drinks and there were many many people.

    The gates open at 5pm and we have to be early (like 5pm or 6 pm or so) in order to get in fast/clean.

    So in summary, good fun, loud, cars, people, and a good evening in all. (and some hot chicks running around)

    there is also something on 5/31 at 8:45pm at Burger Bar in Jupiter. Its on Donald Ross Rd.

    That's how we roll in the 5-6-1... I finished my work for the week this afternoon, so I might spend Friday getting the car all nice and shiny as long as it is not forecast to be a washout.

    I'd keep a close eye on the www.wptv.com weather radar.
    Forecast is unfortunately not looking to good at this point.

    And continuous to do so, forecast for tonight also bad. Will rain for sure, maybe not 100% of the time but at least half.
    I spent all morning cleaning.: (

    I'm leaning towards not going tonight.
    Still would like to go to FLL tomorrow (with a clean car)

    Thoughts?

    STREET LEGENDS has been postponed till AUG 10th 2012

    Was raining pretty bad, still is. And looks to get worse.
    Smart move, now I feel I did not really miss it as I'll be there Aug 10th.
    Feel bad for the guys that went there, saw many on their way there as I was driving home.
