Friend looking for a 348

I have a friend looking for a 348, berlinetta preferred but a ts/GTS will work. No Spiders.

Color prefs are blue, black, red, silver in that order. Interiors black or tan, however I think if the right car came along with grey or blue interior he'd consider it.

Private party purchase preferred, buyer in Seattle but will travel/ship for the right car.

If any of the 348 brotherhood knows about a good one, pls let me know.

 

A blue slick top from a private owner is gonna be tricky. Heck, slick tops of any color are hard to find.

Good call. The exorbitant expense of shipping might cancel out the exchange rate savings. Keep that in mind.

I have heard rumors that my ex 348TB aka The Bushmobile might be available. Seek out Carl aka Fat Billy Bob, he's been servicing it. Car is red/tan with monster StopTech brakes on all 4 corners.

 

Sound like it might need a serious interior detail first. Lol.

80k would be giving that away. That’s potentially a $120k + automobile.

 

I think you could be right . as someone mentioned to me earlier I would be better off doing all the work and relisting .

 

When and where did you list it? Honestly, given the low miles and the slick top I think it would do well even with outstanding service. But of course, the more you put in the more you’ll get out. If completely turn-key with excellent pictures I could see it bringing $150k. Key is the presentation.

Mines going up for sale as soon as I get a major done. 1990 TS Red/Tan 52k miles. All records and properly serviced. Lots new/replaced/upgraded last few years. $57k. PM if interested.

 

He watched that until the very end. It went over what he was willing to pay for that car, especially when considering buyer premium, transport, tax and reg.

 

Just based on the description, that sounds like it's worth a lot more imo.
