Taking your car shopping is nearly as daft as taking it surfing, like this guy did yesterday. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Under the sand - which is probably about where the whole car is by now! BTW, the Roller was in the wrong aisle - check out the number plate.
Somewhere between the beach and where the flood rolled it over. Kind of dramatic up here. I've never seen 9.5 meters come up so fast before.
if you are going to refer to a Rolls Royce, please refer to it as a Rolls Royce motor car ,not a roller. How's ya fazz going?
Pretty wild up here as well and one of our blokes has been nicknamed "Triple -O" as three times this week tourists have called triple zero to 'rescue' someone lost at sea! And before anyone gets on their high horse about swimming when the beach is closed, you have to understand that what looks impossible for people not used to the ocean can be perfectly OK for people who have decades of experience in reading the water. Often times huge seas are far less dangerous than little waves breaking hard on a shallow bank.
