New member of the F430 Group chat! Enjoyed the hell out of my 348 Speciale for nearly 2 years...was itching for an F430. Took delivery last week, so far, so good, what a blast. 2006. 26,000 miles, delivered from HBI AUTO in North Carolina. Very nice! Looks like you will have a real blast in that beautiful fall landscape also. Never a dull moment in a 430. Is that Nero over Cuoio?
When you need servicing, don't pay the outrageous prices. Do it yourself and know it's done right. I got my F430 in February and have been doing all the servicing myself. Contact me and I'll walk you through it. The only thing I haven't done yet is the antifreeze drain and refill. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Congrats....I took possession of a nero / nero F430Spider (2007) last year bullet proof, and love it every moment so far
I could never understand why people are down on black Ferrari's...your's looks awesome, and other than maybe grigio, no other color does it for me. On mine, I kept the wheels the original ball polish, but love how yours are in a satin finish enjoy!! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Sold it...Was amazing. Will miss it. But just wanted to move on. As simple as that ... Did not give me much trouble, was an amazing drive. Pretty damn reliable, actually. Safety was a concern, given the extent to which I drove it, especially with my 10-year-old son. No matter how beautiful it is, it’s still nearly a 30 year old car. The safety issues started weighing on me... Got to remember, I’m a physician, a Neuroradiologist. And my wife is an ER/trauma physician. While I don’t live my life in fear...our perspective is just a little different. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Gorgeous man, absolutely gorgeous. I agree with you, I absolutely love black. Two out of the four 911s I’ve owned as daily drivers were black, and a white one I purchased for a short time, was one of my biggest regrets. Having owned s Red 348 on tan/black leather, I feel like I’ve had the Ferrari of my teenage dreams, the classic we all know and love. Time to move on... I have to check the window sticker, I believe it is the titanium satin finish, I do not know the official color code, sorry. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Congratulations. I did a very similar thing selling my beloved 348ts and moving up to a 360 'Manual' Spider. Almost cried when I parted with the 348 (someone made an offer I just couldn't refuse) and it took me nearly a year to find the 360 that I wanted. BUT boy am I happy with it. Such a change in technology, build quality and performance. I loved my 348ts to bits and honestly thought I would never part with it. Would I do it all again................hell yeah
So cool to hear your story, man! Yeah, absolutely loved my 348. Such a good car, a car from a different era with a different kind of thrill. Was my first Ferrari, the Ferrari I grew up loving. The 348 was in production when I was in high school. There’s something to be said for owning a car you had on your wall when you were 14 years old, nice to be able to check that box! I moved from 348 to 360 and HATED! 360 at first? i loved the rawness of 348 and targa top. 360 took time to grow on me
Very nice! Well done! Enjoying mine after one month now. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
