The decals (plate, badge) are still missing - but I've made an order for some Lambo decals and these will be put on as soon as I get them.
The orange turning signals are painted on...

    Very nice!

What did you use to strip the old paint off?

    Thanks

    Hi and Thanx Jerry :)

To remome the old paint I had to use regular paint-remover, some kind of acid which ACTUALLY works very well.
This was a metallic coloured car, so I had to use the acid twice, one for the metallic and one for the paint.
As you see in the pic....it WORKES...it looks kinda scary. :)

Thanks buddy - Learn something new everyday. :)

I want to do it just to watch the paint bubble.

:) If you decide to try it, then use a regular painted model car, and not a metallic.
Paint on the acid with a paint brush.....and enjoy the ride :D
if you have bought the right paint remover (which ACTUALLY works) then it will start to boubble in about 10-15 sec....really fun to watch.
It's like the models get leprosy in hiiiigh speed :D:D:D
