I know that a few of you current Ferrari owners have had a Nsx in the past and just wanted to start a poll here and hear from you all.

I had a 92 nsx, sold it after I got the 360. I look forward to seeing the next generation nsx (hsc).

I had a 1995 NSX-T. Loved it. An NSX will definitely be back in the stable at some point in the near future.

Kenny, to your post, the "next generation" NSX has been nixed by Honda. No mas.

I recently read that Acura killed the HCS project, and no further mention of an NSX replacement was made. Unfotunately I read too many magazines and websites, so I dont recall where I got this from, but it definitely was a reliable source.

edit - my bad for stating the obvious - I just read Vik's post

That was a rumor floated by Automobile. One day later, however, Honda PR responded to the rumor:

"While it is still too early to provide details on the next NSX, we can say that we are committed to the model and will ultimately offer a replacement. The HSC shown in Detroit and Tokyo was a concept of the direction the next NSX could take."

It would be a shame if honda decided to pull the plug on the NSX...an incredible car that has never gotten the "market respect" that it truly deserves.
Ive owned 2 in the past...a silver/black 91 coupe and a 95 NSX-T comptech supercharged, with headers and exhaust. They were without a doubt incredible, exhilerating machines....as close as Ive come to the "ferrari experience" in a non Ferrari car. Especially the 95,with the added performance and much throatier exhaust sound. My last car was a 2002 996 TT X50,which was an incredible performer, but lacking in the "race car" like feel of the NSX/ferrari...ie,the F1 sounds, the 8000+ upshifts,...very nice!

The NSX is an incredible deal these days,IMHO...ive seen them going for 1/3 of their original MSRP new...for cars that arent even 10 years old! Great deal if your looking for a real exotic car(looks and performance), with reliability, reasonable gas milage....and you dont want to blow a fortune!

Buying the nsx is pretty much "settling" because we all know what our heart desires! Thinking of those maintenance cost really scares me away! So for now I guess I'll make due w/ my little Honda.

running real nice, thou i think i might the low end torque of the M3...but once the nsx gets going it really gets going.

all the mods are here in my hands ready for install and i am off the next two weeks to do it!

exhaust, rear valence, coilovers, nav/dvd, rear back-up camera, and mostly importantly Lidatek! Of course all these mods are just to compensate the fact that my little honda will never be a ferrari :)

just say you are in the LE-30 group deal(from the bimmer club group buy), and you are calling in to make payment because no one contacted you yet. they will prolly try to look up your name which won't be found but i am sure they will take your payment and info no matter what. it should be $258 shipped. regular price if you buy online from www.lidatek.com is like $360 i think.

that, plus V1, plus Lupe, we should do pretty good!
