    When I flick the switch the orange light goes on but no air coming out? Any thoughts?

    You're going to have to do some diagnostic work. First check the fuse. If that is OK then, if you are getting +12V to the blowers when the switch is turned on.

    The Ventilation System fan, right? Mine quit and it had to do with a burnt circuit board end connector, which resulted in a bad connection. Damage from a previous owner, possibly due to the AC clutch siezing.

    i don't know how long you have had it, but it took me awhile to figure out how to open the vents.

    are you using a/c or heat ? are blower motors running ? they are in front left and right close to firewall
