Hello Maserati Friends, I have a 2004 GT Coupe with 2,400 miles (yes, 2,400),
and today, while doing the usual brake bleeding, found that the front and rear suspension arm
boots have crystallized, are broken, and need replacement.

I am certainly not going to buy all the arms, as probably worth more than the car.
    Ideas on boot replacement?
Cannot seem to find any at Maserati Parts, except the complete arm assemblies.

Thank you all for the help!

    Regards, Alberto

The boots are available separately, at least for the rear ball joints, from places like Formula Dynamics. I've the rears myself - a bit of a job, but certainly DIY. At your mileage, unless water has displaced the grease in the ball joints, there should be no need to replace the arms. Supposedly there's a cross-part for the covers in size to some motorcycles.

The formula dynamic ones are way overpriced. Look for replacement BMW Telever ones. Fit good - and cost about $5. Note this one still needs retaining wire added.

The BMW Telever, sound as a great solution. Is there a part number available?
Will they work on all arms?
The car has never been in the wet, so no issues with the ball joints.

    Thank you.
    Kind regards,
    Alberto

It fit for me for the rear upper and lower.

Not sure 100% about the front lower.

The front upper you’re best off just replacing the ball joint itself (available separately).

Just google for BMW Telelever Boot

Lots of options on eBay and AliExpress.
