What's the trick to remove the front badge on a 328? The front nut is accessible. The second one is nearly impossible to see. It almost looks as if the radiator has to come out (absurd!).

The best thing to do is to remove a few of the obstructions so you can get your hand up to get to the two small nuts, 6mm?, holding the badge. I did mine with the front bumper and grill off so it might not be the best example of how to get to the two nuts holding the badge off. However, I do remember that I immediately dropped the first nut when replacing the badge and it rolled to the back of the fiber glass chin spoiler. Even with a magnetic telescoping rod I never found it. I then placed some newspaper or packing paper over the front area so naqy additional dropped nuts from rolling towards the back of the fiber glas pan of the chin spoiler. As I recall the nuts were not much more than finger tight but you do need a small wrench to secure the reinstalled badge. Key is patience if you don't remove the bumper. I think the grill is a must removal but the bumper is not a must.
