ferrarifixer...that was also one of my solutions last night. One of the nuts worked with that approach, the other didn't and I can't figure out why.

Unfortunately, the coolant pipe is right in the way and prevents someone from getting a larger wrench (or pair of hands) in there to work.

I got frustrated last night @ 11:00 PM and put the sockets down. I'll give it another shot tonight. I had to use a magnet a couple of times to retrieve lost hardware that was dropped into that cavity. What a PITA!

    Success!!!!!

I was finally able to get the front TDC sensor in place. I put the oil seperator lines back in place, put the wheels back on, and lowered the car to the ramps.

With keys in hand, I held my breath and turned the key in the ignition...absolute music!!! All eight cylinders firing, nice and smooth idle. This feels absolutely awesome.

To everyone out there...read your owners manual and schematics, read the work shop manuals, and last but not least, listen to the advice you get on FerrariChat. This website and everyone here is awesome!

Tomorrow night...on to the other items on the maintenance list while the wheel wells are out; clutch adjustment, transmission fluid change, etc.
