the front right brakes a sqeaking on my friends 308 how to fix?
What kind of brake pads are you using? Aggressive (good for stopping!) brake pads are known to tend to squealing. Some of the best brake pads for cars/bikes are REALLY annoying squeal-wise and it's the price one pays for better performance.
Pull the wheels and ahve a good look at the inside and outside pads. It may just be pad squeel, but it might also be metal to metal. Catch it early enough and you don't have to turn or replace the discs. Often, you can replace the pads with another brand and get away from the noise. Check with the guys at Girodisc - they know braking. regards, chris
