    That's held to the upper panel with a series of bolts....you'll have to loosen them and see if it will slide, but how does it look at the front?

    May be a replacement part that is off in dimension, that will be harder to fix...

    Metal or fibreglass????

    Bottom part of bummper is in fiberglass, when looking at the front of the car nothing looks out of place.
