I wanted to give kudos to ECPS Group, no stake in the game here other than providing a good solution for the F430 and FCHAT.

My front splitter had split, wanted to replace with CF, after some searching, found ECPS Group https://g.co/kgs/fsANWw3

Their communications were responsive, regular (daily) and clear, they explained the process very well and I was provided with quick and accurate updates, with photos (where applicable) along the way. I would typically inquire since I was excited and they were happy to provide meaningful updates.

I received the product in the timing described, it took several weeks, this was explained at the beginning as they are busy with many jobs at the same time.

The product had to be shipped overseas, and with carbon fiber this can be tricky. They exceeded expectations, I've never seen anything wrapped so well, felt, then plastic, then foam, then thick cardboard, then boxed, then wrapped in plastic. It arrived in pristine condition.

The piece itself is mesmerizing. It is easily the best carbon fiber work I've ever seen. One solid piece. Absolute perfection in the finish, no imperfections which are often seen with CF. The coating is so thick and deep, it has unbelievable depth to look at it, clearly the work of masters in the craft. An absolutely mirror finish, it's so beautiful I don't want to put it on the car!

It is extremely well constructed and solid and the weave is a perfect match for the car. Price was right too.

You lucky enough to have captured nuts in your front bumper or do you have to take it off to install? (I've seen both)

I remember we touched on this, mine had rivets, not sure how that came to be

When I had the front bumper off, removed the rivets and installed rivnuts so now can easily install from underneath.

Oh great idea. Going to add rivnuts to mine when I take it off. I was thinking of epoxy of nuts but rivnuts even a better choice.

I meant the nuts to the bumper to keep them forever threaded and able to take off without removing bumper. But I think the rivnuts will be better and will add epoxy to the edges of those. Not going to add any threadlocker since planning to remove my CF eventually for body color.

I gotcha, I just add a little blue (Lightest adhesion) to the screws as I put them into the rivnuts just so they don’t back out from vibration. I do this with my engine panel screws as well.

There is an OEM PPF piece for the front splitter. Let me see if I can find the PN since was reasonable.

Not really worth buying the OEM piece when you can buy a sheet of much better quality PPF or have a local shop do it for not much money.

Actually, @colorfull, message me your address. I have a leftover roll of Stek film and can cut a square off for you if you want.

It's a very thin piece that only covers the front edge. I had it on mine and peeled it off. The rest of my factory splitter was chipped pretty bad.

Leading edge film maybe sub 4" wide. Interesting shape makes it seem you put it when splitter is already on the car. Unsure.

I held a few OEM splitters from various bumpers and none had chips on the top. Two had scratches on the bottom and then all with chips on the edge. Guess depends on what you drive through. But yeah put something there to protect it.

Very reasonably priced. I inquired about a Scuderia front splitter. Thanks for the heads up John.

I had my after market CF splitter PPF’d by a local shop before reinstalling it. Made sure they were able to get 100% coverage of it.
