Hi, How are the front bumpers fixed to the body, behind the heater fan ? I think that the bumper fixation isn't correct on my car. I am not sure I understand the question. On the side the bumper bracket mounts with a cap bolt and the nut is attached on the inside of the panel. On the front there are either one tube (Euro style) or two tubes (USA style) that protrude forward out of the body and the bumper has mating portion that is secured with jam tension bolts. Yours shows what may be hand fabricated area, but what does the outside tube look like?

Sorry about the clarity of some of the photos, but that sould be 20mmx10mm hollow section (difficult to obtain) this should be welded both ends. Yours looks as if it has been bodged with fibreglass!
