I noticed edge bent out about one inch and 3" " long. Can't pound it back. Do Dallas Ferrari owners suggest Ferrari dealership or another reputable body place 1990

Are you talking about a wheel snag on the wheel arch? Provide a picture and we may be able to help.

If it is a wheel snag, most any competent body shop can roll the fenders and fix a snag.

...that someone did this deliberately to flare the fender and create room for wider tires??

    Been know to happen.

As mentioned, without pics, it's hard to give an opinion.

Sounds like a wheel snag. I experienced a minor level similarity on my 2004 360 when I changed from Pirelli to Bridgestone tires. The Bridgestones, while technically the same size, had just a bit wider shoulder, which snagged the top of the wheel well and pulled down the metal. Very minor and quite common. I live in Dallas and, at the recommendation of Boardwalk Ferrari, took the car to Stuart's. They rolled both wheel wells just a bit and the problem was solved.
