Hey All- I just R and R'd the front spoiler and used No Doubt's fantastic site for help in getting it in and out without any hassle. My only suggestion would be to simply remove the foglamps before pulling the spoiler, rather than sliding it out and then reaching underneath and separating the connectors as the instructions suggest. Same for installation: I just installed the spoiler leaving the wires hanging out, then reinstalled the foglamps. It was a time consuming job but not difficult. In fact the most challenging part was figuring out safe jacking points. Kudos to Pap for his excellent thread on jacking the car. The money i kicked in for your ticket last year has been repaid tenfold! Enjoying this car is so much more, well, enjoyable with all the help and support to be found here on f-chat and on NoDoubt's site. Thanks to all.
I thought I knew about all the interesting Fcar sites - what is NoDoubt's site? But yes, I totally agree that this site has been a godsend at certain points in time to find answers and solutions that I would have otherwise never been able to find on my own.
It's a site mostly for 348 owners, although I think there's also a bit of help for 355 owners. It's www.club348.com. I"m sure he's referring to the "Technical" section which has a compilation of TONS of info on 348 ownership, maintenance, and repair. No Doubt did a gargantuan service to 348 owners by creating this site!!
