    Mine is exactly the same, passenger side is missing rubber cap. It is the spring loaded hood pop up mechanism. I looked into ordering one had the part number. Let me see if I can find it. Looks like item #21

    That looks like the whole assembly.
    Do you think just the rubber would be available?

    Just buy the whole thing, it’s not sell in pieces. Or if you have a dealer you can order it through them with that part number.
