I remember this GTO, it was quite a bit of controversy as everyone gave the owner a hard time since he was only in his teens and owned the car. nice GTO. Member name i believe was Ghost

 

Wonder what his family bought him to replace it? Starting to like the way Lexus marketed the LFA more and more.

 

I wonder if this is the car that showed up at C&C in Irvine, with a very young owner.

 

It is exactly the same spec so I think it is. I wonder why he's getting rid of it.

 

I think he bought an AMC Pacer to replace it.

 

I thought the same thing..... mhh, his dad has a lot of cars... Bugatti Veryon etc... I think he first owend a R8 than the Scud, the 599GTB and now? godd question... maybe an Aventador?

 

Think his Dad might need some advice on giving kids too much too early.

Way too much speculation, not nearly enough pictures. Who cares how old he is? He was always very nice to the throngs of people who bombarded him every time he brought the car to a show (from Irvine to Woodland Hills); stood there and tirelessly answered questions. I'm sorry to see it go from such an enthusiastic, willing-to-share owner; but I hope he's replacing it with something else even more intense (like a Koenigsegg!). Whatever the case may be, his age is irrelevant.

Now how about more pictures? Of all the times I saw it, I never saw the carbon fiber trunk, and I'd really like to see that.

Never said he wasn't a nice young man, or a good kid. I appreciate that my Dad didn't just hand me a car, I had to work for it, and even though my Dad could have bought me a Ferrari, it wasn't my first car, something I worked long and hard for, and I appreciate it every day that I paid for it myself.
