"Fubaru" 308GT4 Gets a Subaru Engine

The heart and soul of a Ferrari is the engine. This car no longer has a heart or soul.

 

Rather funny that they don't even know the GT4 was one of the sweetest handing Ferraris ever made.

 

Neither the author nor the commenters seem to have anything intelligent to say. Good to see a kid hot rodding a GT4 though.

 

Maybe one day when they are regarded as the Dino it'll get a heart transplant, I hope.

I can get over somebody insulting the GT4 but not lack of accuracy in reporting. The car's 3rd owner since the project started actually has a Chevy LS twin turbo set up in it now. It looks kind of cool with over 500hp. The kid goes to McPhearson car restoration college so it seems there is some good quality to the build.

The author wrote a report on a car being built based on a grassroots.com forum thread. Had he finished reading it or even paid attention to the pictures he posted he would know this is going to be a whole different type of car and perhaps a better story.

I think it will be a pretty cool car when done.
