Anyone using Fuch Oils? If so which type? Currently using Millers Classic Sport, but we have just become Fuch suppliers and can get better deals than on Millers though we do sell some Millers.

I used Fuchs 10w50 Titan Race but not available anymore, superseded by Race Pro 10w60,

So now I'm using Sypersyn 5W50 instead, also from Fuchs, highly recommended for V8's in general.

I prefer the w50's above w40, the original specification for 308's used to be 10W50 synthetic later changed to 10W40 because 10W50 was sort of phased out.

Luckily Fuchs which is a excellent German product kept on producing 5W50 Full Synthetic.

My Euro 328 without the cats doesn't smoke at all and I don't even have to add oil between services, the car looses a little, I'll recon about 1/2 to 1Litre every 2000km but that's about the distance I drive per year.

I have no leaks after my cambelt service back in 2012, was done with replacing camseals and o-rings.

I'm very happy with Fuchs Oils Gavin, a few of my friends with 308's and 328's are also using it, some of them changed from Shell 5W40 to the Fuchs blend and they are also happy with good results.

    cheers
    John
