Fuel Hose Inside Diameters

    I'm going to have a shot at ordering replacement fuel hose from my local truck parts store and would like a bit of help -- this stuff always seems to be more difficult to buy in Canada than it is for you lucky bunch in the US and the UK, so please bear with me. I don't need the 5/16 fuel hose -- that's easy enough to find, even in Canada!

    What I'd like to confirm is the inside diameter of the following:

    1. The fuel filler hose
    2. The hoses (there are two of them) that fit on either end of the fuel tank balance pipe

    Please note that I'm specifically interested in a carb 1977 GTB. Perhaps the GT4 etc. is the same in terms of inside diameter, but I'm not sure.

    Grab a dial caliper (or digital) and measure the diameter of the pipes adjacent to the hose ends and then post the results for everyone.

    Would if I could. Will when I can. Right now it's not easy for me to get to my car -- it's in winter storage and bloody difficult to do anything with.

    If somebody posts and answer ... great. Otherwise, stay tuned and I'll post some internal diamteres once I can actually get to my vehicle.

    There was thread on this recently. I think the filler hose is 2 1/2 inches by 4 inches long. I forget what the other one was. Do a search on fuel hoses and you'll find it straight away old chap.
