I have a 1992 Diablo and just noticed fuel spurting from one of the injectors. I popped it our and noticed that the upper O-ring was coming apart. Where can I purchase a set of new upper and lower O-rings? Are the upper and lower O-rings the same size and therefore interchangable?

Note, I am not a Diablo owner, nor do I work on them. I have worked on Ferrari, Porsche, and other Loamborghini systems. Take the injector off the car, and take it to a NAPA car parts. Tell them it's off a new tractor, and ask if they can cross it for new seals.

I know this sounds hokey, but it's most likely an off the shelf injector from Bosch, Denso, or another injector maker. If that fails, call these folks: http://www.fuelinjectorsoutlet.com/ they will certainly be able to assist. The upper and lower may, or may not be the same size, depending on application. you should also consider replacing the pintle caps, or just sending them all out for refurb. There are many companies that do rebuilds on injectors. They will clean them, perrform a flow and chatter test, replace the seals and pintle caps, and check for electrical faults. If one is leaking, there maybe others that are ready. No sense in having a carbeque.

    Good luck.
