So for those of you that replaced your crappy OEM exhaust manifold with an aftermarket header sans cat, how did you adjust your fuel map to compensate for the freer flowing exhaust?

Thank you; so where do you get a 360Trev tune and will it work with a 430?

There are tuners Trev works with in each area. You can message @360trev to see whom he might recommend.

Why do you need to start adjusting it, I put Capristo manifolds on mine and it is a straight swap.

It's my understanding that the aftermarket headers do not have a pre-cat like the OEM manifolds and, therefore, are less restrictive than the OEM manifolds. The freer flowing aftermarket exhaust systems will cause a lean fuel mixture, which may necessitate adjustments to the fueling in order to compensate.

You are correct that after market exhaust do not pre cats, the exhaust O2 sensors will adjust to suit. Not heard of anyone adjusting the fuel system.
