My Euro spec Dino has a fuel vent hose that routes itself from the main fuel fill pipe to the right side below the fuel tank (#14). After driving there's always a few drops of fuel dripping out. I'd like to see if anyone has modified this into a canister or other to prevent fuel dripping on the floor. I believe this needs to vent out as well as in to prevent a vacuum in the tanks. Not an expert here and would appreciate any advise. Not a huge issue, just don't like fuel dripping on the floor even if it's just a few drops after a run.

Maybe a small inline fuel filter close to the filler neck. Should hold a small amount of gas that would evaporate before long.

You shouldn't get fuel in that line unless when you filled up the car with petrol it backfilled up the filler tube.

The larger vent tube connects each tank and from that there is a smaller tube that acts as a syphon vent. Make sure this smaller tube rises up to form a "u" shape before crossing over the bulkhead. That way if and when petrol does back up the filler tube it doesn't spill into this tube.

I have mine tucked up inside the buttress to form a loop over, any fuel simply washes in and then back down the filer neck rather than into the pipe.
