Bumping an old thread since this was one of the first results on Google for something I was searching.

For anyone that drives in the mountains frequently or with others (particularly others running Cup 2s), PPF is almost a must. Ferrari paint chips pretty easily in my experience and I went from a near perfect bumper and intake to it already being peppered with white showing on a Rosso Corsa car. At the rate I am going, the car will look like trash after dozen group drives.

If you're just driving down Sunset or cruising on your own then it's probably less necessary but if you plan on driving in groups, it has it's purpose.

One of my wrap guys explained to me the other day that he's switching from Xpel to Suntek from here out, he said that Xpel adhesives were getting too tough to deal with and remove compared to some of the newer Suntek lines. So I guess my pending GTS will get Suntek.

My guy swapped out the Xpel for Suntek as well. You won't look back!
