This is the first one I have seen outside of a car show in over 20 years. A small motocycle dealer on Ogden in Clarendon Hills has a really nice 74 Fulvia 1.3S for sale.

    True Import
    427 Ogden Avenue
    Clarendon Hills, IL 60514
    Phone: (630)920-8882

It is a dutch car with really low miles, probably in #2 condition. Silver with black leather interior. The engine and trunk were Waxoiled when new as were the floorplans. No financial interest but I hate driving by and seeing it covered with snow.

Great little cars. I didn't think they were exported to the states.

I've got a '74 1.3S as well. Drove it from Bologna over the alps to Lake Konstanz. Its a bit slow from stand still, but once that engine is spinning it flies. A fun little car.

Al, the one in your picture looks like a 1.6 HF. 150bhp and less than 900kg Fun :)

Here's an old scanned photo of mine. I mostly use it for the journey to work in the summer so never seem to get round to taking any more up to date pictures of it.

    Cheers

Not quite a Pantera though ;)

Not that many, once in fact I think 1972, but back then it was called the international championship for manufacturers. But it scored lots of points and wins in many events over the years. The fulvia was 4th in '71 and 3rd in '70.

The Stratos took over in '74

I looked it up and you were right :)
Fulvia won in '72, Stratos won in '74, '75 and '76, 037 took the victory in '83 , and the Delta won everything between '87 and '92.
    I love Lancia :D

a few years back, i had the chance to buy one. it was being restored, and the owner ran out of interets.

all rusty body parts were changed; interior, engine and drivetrain were out and the complete car already received its first coat of paint.

    aking price: 1000 euros!!

damned, i so missed out on that one...
and now i'm driving an american! bummer...

I had a Fulvia Berlina and a Fulvia Coupe at one time. The Berlina was a 2C model, with the 1090cc engine, and 4 speed stick on the column. Pretty big car for 1090cc, very slow but very smooth. The coupe had the 1298cc engine, was a very nice, peppy little car, fun to drive. Both of mine were private import cars to the States, but both were imported by Lancia in very limited numbers in the mid-Sixties.

The 1300's can be had relatively cheaply over here in europe. The 1600 is in my mind a bit too expensive. Although the 1600HF is a little rocket.

Whoah that's cheap!!! They usually go for 3.000-10.000 euro or higher for cars with provenance - 7.000 euro average. The Fulvia is on my wishlist too. I have two options: buy a Fulvia and keep my Impreza or sell the Impreza and go for a 308 GT4 Dino.

    Ciao, Peter

This one still has the sticker for the Dutch Lancia Club in the rear window.

There are some very knowledgable Fulvisti on this page.
They helped me out once or twice .

Tom the second link shows the UK version with the offset headlamps. If you look at my car you'll see the headlights are both at the same height. Ok, I'll stop now, before you all fall asleep :D

That applies to any car of the late 60's early 70's. Aston's, Lancia's, Alfa's, Porsche 912's, BMW 2002's 3.0CS's, even beautiful 246 Dinos rust. I think it was fashionable back then.
