Fun Day, lots of pictures!!

My last real day of Spring Break so I went dealership hopping! First stop was Ferrari of Orange County. They had a whole bunch of great cars sitting outside, two F50s in the service area, a 288 GTO from Arizona, and a burn to a crisp 360 Challenge Jerry, I found your 328's sister!

After Ferrari of Orange county I grabbed a GREAT lunch at Rick's Haus of Pizza. Great food, great atmosphere, and our gracious host couldn't have been nicer! I highly recomment it!

After a filling lunch I went by European Collectibles to pick up some Porsche history and get my 356 fetish fixed. They have some pretty neat things there...

The final stop was Phillips Auto in Newport Beach --where I bought my Mustang from last year. They always have a great mix of cars...Today I was lucky enough to take a 2000 NSX out for a test drive and was able to open it up a little bit. I am VERY impressed with the NSX; I like it much more than I ever thought I would. Great driving position, great visibility, great steering, good sound, and its very quick! The car was white on tan (same color combo as my Mustang) so it would have fit nicely in my garage but unfortunately the car was sold already. That and I didn't have enough change in my pocket

The buyer bought the car but was waiting for his credit to be checked out, so the car was sold, but if I paid cash on the spot, I still could have gotten the car. The salesman was nice though. I told him the car was never and more expensive than the price range I was looking at and he still let me take it for a spin! I had my mom with me at that point and he even offered to let us both go off alone. My mom declined though so I went out with the salesman. Nice guy, I have his card and number so if anyone is interested in any cars phillips auto has let me know and I will put you in contact with him.

I dont believe it Tim! Thats not the first time someone has spotted "me" driving a Ferrari. Havent you seen "me" a few other times as well? Either I have a twin, or split personalities and so very unfortunately dont remember driving a 360

Is it a freaky predictions of things to come? Who knows

 

You know Tim. The thing that freaks me out now that I think about it is that one of the cars I was looking at a lot at FoOC was a red 360 spider with cool seats. That and I spent all day driving up and down 17th and all over costa mesa.
