T - it's designed to allow attendees to avoid as much of LA's Saturday traffic as possible. Hope you can still make it though, even just for the later part!
I hate Culver City traffic. So many one-lane roads. Traffic gets horrible. Any description on routes to get to this meeting spot?
Would have been great but what a lousy area of LA. Traffic, pot holes, smelly homeless individuals, etc. etc.
Landmark is very close to the Helms Bakery complex. Just slightly west of National on Washington. It's actually easily accessible from Venice Blvd and the 10. Aside from the very brief hop over to Landmark from Venice, it's not a locale I would personally describe as one-lane roads. Yes, traffic across all of LA is ridiculous, and as this particular event is on a Saturday, we opted for an earlier slot to allow for everyone to drop by and get back on their way before traffic begins to get awful.
Yeah, this is hardly a bad part of LA and traffic is fine. Going downtown on a Sat at noon? Yes, that is bad. I guess I'm also just lucky that my car likes to be driven everywhere and I like to drive it everywhere. I know, it's really weird!
Went to visit the location today around midday and there was no problem with traffic. Confident it will be fine on the Saturday morning and there are numerous ways to access Landmark Street. This is certainly not a bad area by any stretch of the imagination; in fact it’s one of the areas that’s been nicely redeveloped. If you haven’t been to Culver City lately, you should check it out.
lol typical ferrari owner culver city commercial re prices are above beverly hills and apple tv hq is across the street from the hagerty garage as is amazon studios hq as is beats hq as is technicolor hq as is hbo hq as is sony pictures hq and verspertine is behind the hagerty club it's a michelin 2 star restaurant hardly bad company to be around no pun intended
Well if you have not yet done so, you should move there. Why wait. The companies you mentioned (most) moved there awhile ago. Cheap real estate. As of late it’s gone up. I will stick to BH in typical form
Having lived in Culver City for 38 years I can affirm that it is a great place to live. We have our problems as does everywhere in LA, but I love it here and am very comfortable driving my 250 GTE through town and even parking downtown. Stop listening to Nextdoor and come on over tomorrow and check it out! Tom Wilson

Interesting comparisons/perspectives and while both may seem like nice places to live, I personally wouldn’t choose either due their quite distance and traffic limiting access to plentiful of great, extended leisure driving roads/routes, which to me as a (vintage) car guy who likes (and needs) such drives frequently (at least 2-3 times a month) is more important than access to beach/dining/entertainment/shopping/etc. P.S. Anyone learned something interesting in this seminar or was it just another corporate sales presentation ?
