    having a boat is like having a jealous psycho girlfriend. Once in a while it's fun and worth all the hassles, but you spend most of your time dreaming of the day she's gone :)

    A lot of it depends if they are "waterfront or not"...700-800k for starters. Most fixer upers on the water can be had in that price range.
