    This thread was super helpful when I did mine. Having seen what the passenger airbag looks like, I can understand why the poster deleted it. If I could do it over, I would too. The fit just doesn't look great even with all new material. Oh, and the fiberglass is so thin between the airbag and passenger vent that it cracked at the upholster, so I had to re-enforce with an aluminum custom made little bracket.

    One thing missing is how much plumbing there is attached to the underside of the dash that has to be removed. Also, the gauge pod mounting is terrible toward the windshield...rubber grommets only.

    I know I am resurrecting an ancient thread, but I really like the clean look of the dash with no airbag.... and I much like the non-Airbag steering wheel. So how difficult is it to install the non-Airbag steering wheel in place of the airbag wheel? It looks like most of the parts are the same except the steering wheel itself??

    Has anyone ever made a similar tutorial of removal of the 456m dash?
