The 328 had an updated fuse panel design, that was supposed to be better than the original 308's- what's wrong with your fuse panels ?
Really? I see 328s with fuse block issues all of the time. I would much rather have the 308 fuse block. They are cheap to replace and easy to build your own. 328 fuse blocks aren't. Many of the 328s I looked at had fuse block issues even the ones with replacement blocks still had issues. (I would look through the records and verify the blocks were replaced) Also I have found once they have a problem in the fuse block they will try to get the broken item to work by taking power from another section of the block or just hack into the closest section of power. JMHO.
The 328 is way better than the olde 308 fuse block, but that is not saying it is perfect. dirty contacts, bad components, insufficient wiring, and bad designs all have nothing to do with the fuse block but all contribute to its failing. It is still better than the old one by a mile. Is this item no longer available by Ferrari?
I don't recall ever seeing a post about someone having a problem with their 328 fuseblock. That's not to say there aren't any posts but I don't remember any. If the problem is so widespread then you would think someone would have offered an alternative like Birdman did for the 308. I've spent many years dealing with electrical and electronic devices and have had my 328 fuseblock apart just for a look and to coat the terminals. It's a pretty solid and decent design. I would be surprised if many have gone bad. Just the fact that they went from the tubular ceramic fuses and associated holders to the fuses with the spade lugs was a major step in the right direction.

The bad news: it looks to be built on the same chassis as a Mondial box with the similar (and failure prone) multi-layer circuit card. My next call would be to GT Auto Parts in Arizona.

Before I installed a new fuse panel, I would be doubly sure that there is not a significant overload being caused by a tired component drawing too much current....like a bad fuel pump or radiator fans...just a thought.
Did an after-market wire behind the panel burn, or did someone put oversize headlamps in the car (that appears to be around the headlamp fuses area). I've seen issues with the connectors on 328 boards -- those edge connectors aren't rated for the current some of them are carrying. But it's usually the plastic connector shells that show the burn. The rest of the board seems like a conventional design, from what I've seen of it. (I've been meaning to go through the wiring diagram and work up the fuse panel wiring, just out of curiosity -- and because the wiring digram is a pain to follow .)
