    1991 Testarossa. European version.
I checked my fuse box. Overall, it looks very good; the car has 56,000 km on it. I removed all the plugs and they look brand new.

One wire was clearly about to boil over. It's the left side, horizontal, lower plug, blue, second wire from the right. Can you tell me what it's for?

On the right side, in the horizontal, lower plug, are wires 4 and 5 from the right, brown and brown with a black stripe. These two wires are clean, the metal pins are clean, and the plug is slightly beige in that area. I doubt the wire color shows through. Can you tell me what these wires are for?

The other wires and relays are like new; it's very clean.
On the fuse panel side, all the metal terminals are clean, and the plastic shows no signs of overheating.
In this case, should I replace the entire fuse panel with a new one?
    Best regards!
    R.

Those brown wires are connected to the lower connector 87 from the 4e upper relais from the left side (AC system).Overal your fuse board still looks good, just keep an eye on that burned connection.
