Spectaculer! Thanks a bunch for posting this, I really enjoyed it! Incredible car it is! Merry Christmas to you aswell!
Thank you so much!! The video was great and the sound was AMAZING That was a great way to start my Christmas. Hopefully you and your family have a Merry Christmas!!
Sincerely before try the fxx i thought it was an Enzo with slick tyres and tubi. I was wrong. It's a real competition car, the difference of the engine is very much over 4000 rpm, I don't know under because on track we were always over. The clutch change gear in 80 "millisecondi" instaed of 150 and it is always very fast, you can't have a soft change of gear. Sospension are very much more hard and the brakes are very powerfull. everything is helped by slick tyres. It' the same differences between a 360 and a 360 challenge (not stradale). Hope I have explained all at my best
And the onboard computer orders a burst of torque from the engine to sustain you during the change, and firms the rear suspensions to stop the back of the car from squatting.... All in just 80 milliseconds! It's like a Formula One gearbox! The Enzo does all of this in 150 milliseconds... Dio mio!
Real competion car and unimaginable car on track, each changing gears are so fast and terribly hard. Out of curve, the car is propulsed like a gun ball. damm...! like the drivers are good. Inside the curves, outside, the force of the engine must is so hard for the drivers back, and the neck must be very trained before to take the car, the forces when the car stopped and when the car goes in right and left side must to give terrible forces to your neck. For an amateur the neck will be broken! thanks for sharing this video, one of the most beautifull i ve seen. also for Christmas day we re lucky with you
... G forces on your neck must be terrific... I am serious if i ask you.... Do you use the HANS Collar, just like F1 drivers? ... I "G" di gravità devono essere terrificanti, per cui ti chiedo seriamente se usate il collare HANS come in Formula Uno.
it s what i said before, the force on neck must be terrible, for an amateur. Only in Enzo it s hard, your head goes on little window, inside F2X i don t want to try before a good training session.
That's not absolutely correct, you know...or so i'm told. Ferrari time includes clutch time, BMW does not. Can anyone confirm or deny?
Thanks for sharing your video. Amazing car! We can tell you all are enjoying your early Chrismas present. Merry Christmas!
Not sure, but I do know SMG is one hell of a system. I was VERY surprised. Even though I am a 3-pedal fan. Vasco.
I conferm, Bmw doesn't include the time of the clutch. Smg is 80 milliseconds only from 1st and 2nd gear. I had it, it's a fantastic car, a fantastic gear, I prefer it between 360 but not between 430 or 612.
so the 612 and 430 are the same? I've driven a 430 F1 and the gearbox is fantastic....much better than the M3 CSL with SMG that I drove on the same day. Ferrari change seemed smoother and faster....not that this has anything to do with an Fxx...but interesting just the same.
