    Id rather have a 333sp or a ex F1 car before the FXX. Id never pay 4mill for a track only car that has never even been in a race or has any meaning to it.

    i thought i saw where someone had posted that the sale would have to go through ferrari for the extras to be included?

    Don't think Ferrari really likes this.. And why do they say 29 FXX's were made? I thought there were 30 made..

    This has already been posted, and we're pretty sure that it is not legit. There was originally 29 made as well. The ad is fairly old from what I recall.

    Remember your buying into the ferrari lifestyle and with housing in marenello and being a part of the ferrari team im sure this car will sell.

    You have to remember your not just buying an fxx.

    its much much more than that!

    But you are just buying an FXX.

    Any "second owner" of the FXX will have nothing more than the car... they are to be excluded from the FXX Program to discourage these cars trading.

    PS - I would bet an FXX that this is no more than a publicity stunt for the dealership

    I would think that in the contract with Ferrari, the FXX buyer had to agree that if they wanted to sell the car, it would either be only with Ferraris blessing, or back to Ferrari. The FXX program is a testbed, so I doubt if Ferrari would allow the car to go to just anyone.

    If one of the current FXX owners sold their car without Ferrari's OK, I would guess that Enzo will personally visit them in their sleep.

    I highly doubt any dealership will be selling the car without Ferraris concent. Also do you think any dealership that isnt a franchised dealer have the capacity to sell a vehicle like this. Maybe SVAG but i am always weery to see no name dealers selling really high end cars.

    Pretty much unanimous that this ad isn't legit. I agree it seems highly unlikely.

    If this isn't legit, it seems as if it is a "bait and switch" ploy...

    Which is still illegal in most states...

    Given Maranello328's problems, (http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=107018) I don't have a favorable opinion of this "business"

    Anyone know, if they have to prove they have the item for sale?
