    I think it's fine as long as the seller's history is good, regardless of the place of origin and that you pay with Paypal so the payment is trackable.

    If I were you, I will wait for the normal release rather than getting these factory samples, especially since USD69 is very close to the retail price for a proper BOXED one later.

    Just a few days ago, I was tempted to order one from China for USD40 shipped, however, I thought it was better to wait for the proper ones when and if they arrive in HK.

    Just be patience guys! Don't overpay for these "MINT" without box models.

    The red one can be had for about USD40 in China (not on eBay) and in a month or so, I bet they will arrive in stores with box and in truly mint condition.
