To Russ, SNJ5. Could you give us some ground school on what really happens to the body when it sustains too many G for too long? It would be interesting to a lot of us. General affects ?

Fair question for the F-4/F-15/F-16 flight surgeon.. I'll get some stuff from my USAF notes and post it here. I have some good stuff on this we taught at fighter recurrency training and at the centrifuge.

Hi-school, two years in the air force, 3.5 years at Duke, 42 years at Boeing, and 12 years of retirement., and I'm sitting here talking pidgin Latin, fractured German, psuedo-English, and airplane jibberish .......and having a helluva lot of fun ...... more fun than G. Dubbya I'll bet! Huh, Charlie ? Ol' Gluteous Maximus, Julius Ceasarius, and Circus Aroundus never knew what they were missing. Haven't heard from Sparky commenting on all this high tech stuff so it must be over his head. Mark, where's that av gas ?

    Don't know about you Bob,
But..... I can't wait to get to the PC in order to see what's new here!!!
Not only do I get to communicate with people that have a great sense of humor, they also teach me things of interest!!
Or else, make me interested enough to do the research.

This proves......... that there IS intelligent life out there!!
(But ya really gotta look hard, and in ther right places, to find it)

And hey... Whatever happend to that great Itralian Explorer....
"Americo Vesuvius " ( The father of Volcano's, in US and Italy) ;)

And Don't ferget Chris Columbo, whom I think, is now the head of a yoghurt company? :)

Off the top of my head, I can think of three of my friends who each have three daughters (no sons). I have a son and daughter. We always thought it was a combination of the G's and the RADAR.
