Hello all, I am making the annual trip up from OC in SoCal to Monterey in August in my 355 for car week. Over the years, I've taken G16 from Greenfield to Carmel. As is true for many, I missed car week from 2020-2022 due to covid. So last year, I was delighted to return to car week, after 3 years away. So I did the usual route via G16 as it's a lot more interesting than driving 101 all the way up to Salinas. But I found that G16 had become something of a barely-paved wagon trail, full of broken pavement, etc. Believe it or not, Ferrari 355's do not make great rough-road drivers! I know there were wildfires here in 2020, and presumably the roads were torn up by firetrucks coming and going that summer. Hopefully, Mr Newsom's budget will have allowed some money for repaving this road (I hear myself and realize how ridiculous this sounds) so I wanted to check in with locals to see if the road is still rough, or if it has been repaved? Thanks in advance!
