I restored my gages which consisted of making tools to diss-assemble, so I could carfully clean them with Q-tips etc while wearing surgical gloves. They came out looking gorgeous, the down side is I cleaned off whatever coating was inside the gages to stop fogging.

Any rec's on what to put on the inside of the glass to stop the fogging?

These coating are usually applied by spinning the glass and then applying a couple of drops of anti-fog agent into the middle and then curing the agent. Some companies make a spray on which for DIY jobs should be easier. There are plastic films too but there can be visibility issues if not done precisely. Here is a company that does the spray on stuff:

    Good luck with the project.

News to me that Ferrari or Veglia Borletti even considered anti fogging agent. Learn something new every day.

I thought fogging occured on the gauges during high humidity conditions because the bonnet seals on the Dino are rubbish. One problem i have never managed to solve
