    Got my gallardo after not driving her for 1-1.5 yrs

    It would be wise to flush the radiator coolant, change the engine oil, flush the brake fluid. Gearbox oil and diff oil too. I don't like old fuel, flush it if possible.

    Depending on how the car is stored, You might get a flat spot tire. Check all four tires shape and its production date.
